Key Responsibilities: • Oversee coordination during preconstruction and closeout phases • Manage project documentation, including RFIs and change orders • Assist in creating and maintaining schedules with Procore • Collaborate with site teams and consultants to ensure quality • Document meetings and manage action item follow-ups
