Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Coordinator will be based on an industrial project site. Ability to work a 14 day on, 7 day off schedule in Western Canada is required.
What You Will Be Working On
Assist with major construction projects, including liaison with Owners, Consulting Engineers and Subcontractors.
Support with the preparation and execution of overall work plan and schedule.
Review and process shop drawings.
Co-ordinate material and equipment needs.
Prepare weekly productivity and cost tracking.
Prepare cost estimates for change orders and audit purposes.
Price site instructions, work orders and change notices.
Assist with quality assurance and management of client expectations.
Prepare monthly progress application and expedite payments.
Provide document turnover to client at completion of project.
