Our client, a leading civil contractor in the Lower Mainland, delivers complex infrastructure projects including earthworks, roadbuilding, excavation & shoring, and underground utilities. They are seeking a Project Coordinator to support project delivery and assist project teams with the successful execution of civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project coordination activities.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and document control.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to help ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and progress reports.
• Assist with procurement activities and material tracking.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, permits, and project records.
