Project Coordinator – General Contractor in Commercial Construction, Calgary, AB

Start Date: May/June 2026 | Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities

• Participate in new project sales meetings with potential clients with BD lead.
• Prepare, monitor and update construction schedules and job costs.
• Prepare, maintain, and update project files.
• Manage owner and consultant-initiated change notices and change orders.
• Request pricing from subcontractors for change notices and process subcontractor change orders.
• Receive, review and process shop drawings.
• Set up and attend site subcontractor coordination meetings, take minutes and distribute to all parties.
