Key Responsibilities: • Support project deliverables and maintain documentation • Draft subcontracts and manage procurement processes • Coordinate communication among sub-trades and consultants • Attend meetings and distribute meeting minutes • Track compliance documentation and project hours Requirements: • 1–2 years in a Project Coordinator role • Familiarity with construction management and BIM processes
