Flynn Canada Ltd is hiring a Project Coordinator ! This position will be based out of our Halifax location, reporting to the Architectural Metals Manager.
A Day in the Life
Work closely with Project Manager coordinating project schedules, materials, and equipment.
Organize and coordinate submittals.
Review and monitor schedules and quality control.
Review all contracts and accepted quotations.
Write up purchase orders.
Prepare material order sheets and review quantity takeoffs.
Attend team meetings.
Assist production with preparing prices.
