Develops, implements, directs and coordinates project information management policies and procedures consistent with company philosophy and objectives.
Works with company, project, and group management to assure compliance with established project execution procedures (PEPs).

Possesses expert understanding of project information management practices.
Acts as point of contact for client senior management.
Provides training for compliance with work process procedures within the discipline of project information management.
