5+ years of hands on BSA experience in an Agile/ Hybrid development environment within Banking and Client Onboarding space.
Strong understanding of Client Onboarding, KYC and regulatory workflow set up and nuances on workflow rules and dependacies.
Proficiency in SQL, data analysis and being tech savvy to easily understand application integrations for external data capture and downstream reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge gap between technical and non-technical teams.
Previous experience on application migrations (preferred on-prem to Saas)
