About This Opportunity

Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team as a Project Administrator in Mexico City?

As our next Project Administrator, you will be giving maintenance of the project financial forecast and correct posting of actuals, managing project documentation, invoice triggering and payment monitoring.

  • Supports Project Manager with all administrative and financial tasks not requiring decision-making and helps to maintain the project plan
  • Is responsible for collecting information for Project Manager’s decision making
  • Monitors the project schedule (e.g. expiring S-plan milestones) and notifies Project Manager about the need to update schedules
  • Is responsible for requesting additional materials/services after in coordination with the PM or supervisor
