Maintain accurate and up to date project files, contracts, drawing and correspondence
Ensure document control procedures are followed (e.g. version control, approvals, archiving) also to circulate the SOW document to the related parties
Tender Process
Collect all review tender submission documents and filing (from tender submission document, MoM, Tender clarification, TBE Document to Award Letter includes Bill of Item)
Scheduling & Coordination
Track deliverables and deadlines for planning and design output with followup coordination with internal teams, consultants and contractors
Communication & Reporting
Prepare minutes of meeting, actions items and follows up to support progress reporting and maintain dashboard or applicable trackers
