About This Opportunity

Responsibilities

Financial & Data Management

  • Assist with project set-up in FBM’s financial management system (Ajera), including Project Set-Up Forms (PSFs) and budget entry.
  • Support financial monitoring, budget analysis, and monthly invoicing in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Maintain accurate records of project revisions, scope changes, and forecasting.
  • Monitor cost and schedule data to flag potential risks or variances.
  • Operational Support

  • Support PMs with project initiation, coordination of documentation, and internal kick-off plans.
  • Assist with the weekly schedule update process and first-pass reviews of project reports.
  • Manage project documentation in accordance with FBM’s quality standards.
  • Contribute to the evolution of this new role by taking on additional responsibilities and process improvements as the position grows.
