In support of upcoming projects, Bird Construction is looking for candidates for the Project Administrator position. The role reports to the Project Manager and will be on a rotation basis in BC or Alberta.
Responsibilities
File maintenance
Daily LEMs processing
Timesheet reviews affecting payroll processing to maintain data integrity and accuracy
Support all payroll communications between site and head office payroll team
Subcontractor LEM entry and cross‑checking against subcontractor rate agreements
Process daily LEMs (Labour/Equipment/Material) for billable client activities
Support gathering and combining backup documentation required for daily, weekly and monthly client reporting
Assist material management with material receiving entry against purchase orders, ensuring all billable material is captured on client LEMs
