Zurich Canada is hiring for its Claims Management Training Program in Montreal. The program begins in June 2026 and provides on‑site orientation, classroom courses and hands‑on experience.

Responsibilities

Participate in a 12‑month structured training program that covers all aspects of claims handling, from simple claims to more complex scenarios. You will learn best practices, case studies and practical exercises to effectively manage claims and support clients.

After the initial training, take responsibility for managing simple claims and progressively handle more complex cases while collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree (any field) and the ability to obtain and maintain the Canada claims expert licence.
• 3+ years’ experience in the insurance sector or claims management is preferred.
