Within the context of a client and family centered care model and in accordance with established vision and values of the organization, works as a member of a multidisciplinary team to provide administrative and clerical support. Composes and word processes correspondence; maintains and monitors client charts; receives and inputs confidential client data into a variety of health data systems such as CCIMS, iPHIS and Procura. The Program Support Clerk sets up filing systems, gathers and compiles statistics, and engages in on-going team planning and quality improvement activities.
