PROGRAM SUPERVISOR – INVESTIGATION/ASSESSMENT AND ONGOING
Full-time Management Position in Iroquois Falls or Cochrane
We are seeking a Program Supervisor for our Iroquois Falls and Cochrane Offices who will be responsible for supervising, planning, directing, and overseeing all services within the assigned child protection portfolio. The successful candidate will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of social work theories, principles, and practices, along with experience in child welfare. This role will focus on optimizing our services and ensuring compliance with current legislation, Ministry guidelines, and Agency policies and procedures. Moreover, the ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, have a vested interest in our programs, particularly in child protection services, and excel at recognizing strengths while fostering a culture of trust, respect, fairness, consistency, diversity, and inclusiveness.
