The Program Manager, Solutions Lab (Future of Work & Future of Care) is responsible for leading high-impact initiatives focused on reimagining the future workforce and advancing innovative AI first models of care within SE Health. This role operates in a cross-functional, enterprise-wide environment, driving innovation initiatives that strengthen workforce capacity, enhance employee experience, and enable new models of care delivery.
