We are seeking an experienced Reverse Logistics Program Manager to join our Supply Chain team. This role will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end reverse logistics process, ensuring efficient handling of customer returns, vendor returns, and removal volumes while maintaining operational excellence across our fulfillment network.
Key job responsibilities • Design and implement reverse logistics programs that optimize end-to-end returns processing, including customer returns, vendor returns, and removals, while establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in processing time, costs, and customer experience.
• Develop capacity planning models and forecasting tools to predict return volumes, inform labor planning requirements, and maintain optimal backlog levels through proactive demand management and workforce planning strategies.
