Overview of role:

WestJet is seeking a Program Manager, People Services to join our Calgary office. This individual will exhibit a high standard of excellence, enjoys challenges, and is results-driven. Reporting to the Senior Manager-People & Payroll Services, this Program Manager is responsible for the processes and programs related to People Services, Human Resource transactions, and employee recognition.
