Lead complex development and production programs and proposals for new and non‑routine business opportunities.
Plan schedules, arrange own activities, and manage project budgets and schedules using appropriate project management control techniques and proactive EAC management in collaboration with Program Finance.
Maintain an Open Issues List and key milestone documentation, provide concise direction to the Capture Team, Program Execution IPT, and the customer to ensure alignment toward execution milestones.
Oversee and administer all key process/function deliverables for a given project, drive a rigorous active Risk and Opportunity register, and update or retire R&O’s during execution.
Represent the organization as a prime customer contact on key issues and network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise on issues.
