The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day clinical and general operational management within the assigned programs. Under general supervision of the Senior Director(s), the Program Manager ensures quality of care to clients/patients, planning human and material resources, adhering to corporate and professional standards and corporate policies and procedures. The Program Manager utilizes clinical experience, knowledge and leadership skills to ensure the provision of our Approach to Care. The Program Manager will ensure that review mechanisms are designed to achieve optimal outcomes and recovery for clients/patients and families. In addition, the Program Manager promotes service to clients/patients and other community service providers facilitating client/patient and family focused community systems development.
