Developing and monitoring operating budgets and managing the program's team, including hiring, termination, performance management and staff discipline, as needed. They direct the implementation of division strategies and the operations of the work unit, including organization structure and job design. They are responsible for resolving complex technical issues and accountable for ensuring compliance with the provincial building code act.
