What is the opportunity?The Program Manager, Director - US Business Transformation is a strategic leadership role responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the execution of large and complex strategic initiatives within the US Business Transformation team, focused on Payments, Cash Management and Transaction Banking. Reporting to the Sr Director, US Business Transformation, this role combines program management expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership to ensure that strategic priorities are translated into executable programs, delivered on time and within budget, while driving measurable business value across RBC US and Canada.The role will partner closely with business leadership, technology partners, risk, and finance to establish program governance frameworks, manage multi-workstream initiatives, and ensure alignment between program deliverables and US strategy.
