Program Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business, Finance or similar.
• English proficiency 90%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 7 years experience in customer service/program management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle a group of direct report employees.
• Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
• Understanding of shipment processes, methods and Incoterms.
• Flexibility to take calls or meetings outside standard work time.

Responsibilities

• Manage OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer requests and reports.
