Responsibilities
Design, plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate programs to enable clients to cope with illnesses and regain confidence, self‑worth and independence.
Coach, develop, and promote an engaged, dynamic team.
Contribute to the evaluation of staff performance.
Work closely with client, worker, physician and caregiver to assess eligibility for service and ensure appropriate care plan design and ongoing monitoring.
Ensure provision of personal care and administration of medication in accordance with legislation.
Assist in development of program budget and implement effective expenditure control system.
