Responsibilities
Development and maintenance of schedules for approximately 80 residents and scheduling for all medical students completing Family Medicine rotations.
Resolution of scheduling conflicts and liaison with faculty, Family Medicine clinics, off‑service rotations, and Academic Program Administrators across the Eastern, Central, Western, Goose Bay, and Nunavut streams to secure appropriate clinical training experiences.
Liaison with the Office of Distributed Medical Education (DME) to ensure housing arrangements for residents undertaking rotations outside their home site.
