About This Opportunity

ECO Canada is hiring a Program Coordinator to support the environmental sector. Handle client relations and administrative tasks while fostering a collaborative team spirit.
As a Program Coordinator in the Employment Programs team, you’ll be responsible for enhancing participant and host organization experiences. Your role involves managing applications, financials, and providing essential support for program success. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the environment are necessary for this temporary position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage administrative functions related to Employment Programs
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Follow up on documentation status and inquiries
• Troubleshoot program issues with empathy
• Assist in reporting and executing promotional events
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
• Proficient with MS Office software
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
