The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive resource planning, execution, and analysis, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of financial resources in support of mission-critical programs.
This role includes leading efforts to develop and manage long-term budget plans, facilitating multi-year budget submissions (e.g., CBJB/IPBS/CBP), creating execution justifications, and capturing and analyzing unfunded requirements (UFRs).
