Additionally, you will help identify innovative technology solutions to streamline processes and may need to travel as necessary.
Key Responsibilities: • Advise on PCAOB and SEC ethics rules • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards • Coordinate client press release reviews • Develop ethical training materials for MNP staff • Identify and implement technology improvements
