What You’ll Do

• Lead custom vessel builds from contract award through final delivery.
• Own production schedules, priorities, and day-to-day execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop Project Leads and cross-functional teams.
• Drive safety, quality, cost control, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Purchasing, and Leadership to remove obstacles and keep projects moving.

What You Bring

• 7+ years’ experience in project and production management within custom manufacturing or marine environments.
• Strong working knowledge of production workflows, scheduling, and project controls.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills, an excitement for AI opportunities.
