Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for a Production Team Leader to work for an established manufacturer based in Leicester. 

Our client is a fast paced, flexible business, with around 100 people working across 2 units in the same location, designing, manufacturing and installing point of sale in retail, promoting brands you will no doubt be familiar with, and use yourself.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Production Team Leader to work in our cardboard temporary displays Production Team, producing units for clients, you will be working with and overseeing permanent employees and agency Production Operators on an assembly line. This includes setting up for the day before the line is ready to start work at 8am
