Key Responsibilities
Lead and work as part of a small team to bake products from scratch early each morning, following carefully crafted recipes.
Lead and work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean and contribute to a great customer experience.
Set and review production schedules to ensure product meets customer needs.
Qualifications
Positive leader; fast learner with willingness to learn all bakery operations.
Previous supervisory experience in a bakery or food production environment.
Great communicator, problem solver, and critical thinker.
Early riser who can work independently or with a small team.
Ability to forecast and adjust production levels based on detailed business data review.
