JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Intermediate to advanced COBOL programming skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot failed batch jobs and programs
  • Provide production support for the main client deposit system Depo
  • Support the nightly batch on an oncall basis
  • Investigate and resolve any technical issues incidents or processing anomalies occurring in the batch
  • Provide the response and required explanation for any user inquiry related to the apps including account and interest statements
  • Provide data extractions on balances accounts and transactions users may request
  • Perform analysis for enhancements to be developed
  • Provide estimates for developments and testing efforts
