Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day production support for mission-critical applications and systems running on Linux/Unix environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Monitor system health, analyze logs, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues related to servers, applications, and infrastructure.
Collaborate with business leaders to determine how technology can best enable growth and success, ensuring scalable domain-driven solutions, operational resiliency, and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Able to critically evaluate and manage information gathered from multiple sources.
