We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our window and door assembly lines, ensuring that every product meets our rigorous quality standards and is ready for on-time delivery. You will be the bridge between Production Manager and the shop floor, driving efficiency while maintaining a culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Daily Operations: Manage a team of 30+ production associates across cutting, welding, glazing, and assembly stations.
Ensure Quality Excellence: Perform frequent in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet NFRC/Energy Star standards and customer specifications.
Optimize Workflow: Identify and resolve bottlenecks to meet daily production quotas and reduce lead times.
