Production Supervisor

RegO Mexico is opening the Production Supervisor position. Considering the current necessities for this subsidiary, this contributor will cover controls and duties, which are going to serve as drivers of standardization and continuous improvement within REGO's distribution system.

The Production Supervisor is a key contributor with a direct reporting relationship to the Operation Manager. The role requires daily interaction with other cross‑business teams within Rego Mexico to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives. These groups include: Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and Human Resources.

Maintaining assembly and production standards, planned budget, productivity and quality KPIs, safety, and identifying new continuous improvement opportunities, are critical performance criteria for this position.
