Position Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations across plastic injection molding and thermoforming processes.
This role ensures efficient production flow, product quality, and team performance while meeting safety, delivery, and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for injection molding and thermoforming operations
Ensure production targets (safety, quality, delivery, cost) are consistently achieved
Lead, train, and develop a team of operators, technicians, and material handlers
Monitor machine performance and production metrics (OEE, scrap, downtime)
Ensure proper setups, start‐ups, and process parameter controls are followed
Troubleshoot process issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime
