Oversee and ensure the efficient production of products while meeting company standards of quality, safety and operational policies
Maintain adherence to GMP / AIB, Health and Safety Standards, and company regulations
Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize operational efficiency
Conduct shift meetings to review departmental performance against production, health and safety, AIB, and scheduling criteria
