Our Hamilton Kent, Toronto Plant is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor. The shifts are from Sunday to Thursday nightshift, from 11 pm to 7 am.
Responsibilities
Manages staff activities to ensure that the products manufactured daily meet quality and budget as set by the daily schedule.
Identifies performance and quality issues and formulates action plans to rectify problems as variances occur.
Provides performance measures, which will enable management to identify performance and downtime issues. Relay any significant change or variance to plant management.
Exchange information with the current lead hands in order to facilitate optimized production performance and to review safety or quality concerns.
Actively monitors daily production schedule for planning the labour, raw material resources and machine utilization for the fabrication and molding areas.
