Responsibilities

• Lead a team within a production unit or line.
• Ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, quality, and safety standards and policies.
• Organize and allocate resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure production scheduling and production plan meet volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
• Recommend technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
