We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor / Engineer to oversee daily operations across our printing, lamination, slitting, and conversion lines. This role is critical in ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and team coordination in a fast-paced packaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production activities across all four lines to meet daily output and quality targets.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance for preventive and corrective actions.
- Implement safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor line operators and technicians to ensure skill development - Collaborate with planning, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
