Oversee end-to-end management of industrial refrigerant dryer and filter assembly orders, including production planning, scheduling coordination, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure on-time order delivery.

+ Organise production team and on-site management in the assembly workshop, optimize allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient execution of production plans. + Understand entire production processes thoroughly, identify production bottlenecks, and propose improvement solutions.
