We are currently seeking an experienced Production Shift Lead - Pallet Repair to supervise our client’s team. The shifts are Monday to Friday 5:00am to 1:30pm and 3:30pm - 12:00am. This position starts at $20/hr. If you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet productivity targets, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Train and supervise team members on shift.
Identify any maintenance issues, order repairs and offer technical guidance.
Inspect equipment and products for quality purposes ensuring standards are met.
Document all repair activities to maintain accurate records.
Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
Maintain a clean and organized sorting area.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership team.
