About This Opportunity

Job Description

  • Lead and supervise a team of planners while fostering their professional development
  • Define and align individual and team objectives with the organization’s priorities
  • Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews related to key indicators (service level, on-time delivery, stockouts, etc.)
  • Define short- and mid-term planning strategies aligned with production objectives and demand forecasts across the different production sites
  • Manage risks related to stock shortages, production bottlenecks, or unforeseen events by developing effective contingency plans
  • Monitor schedule attainment with production planners and coordinate meetings with the production team to address and implement corrective actions
