The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and compliance with international food safety standards.
Manage daily production operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and consistent product quality
Develop and implement production processes, quality standards, and food safety procedures
Ensure compliance with international standards (IFS, FSSC, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, BRC, FDA, Halal, etc.)
Plan and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual production schedules in alignment with business demand
Monitor production performance and adjust plans to optimize output and minimize downtime
Lead, train, and develop the production team; drive performance and continuous improvement
Oversee quality control throughout the production process to ensure compliance with standards
