Ensure stable and efficient production flow across cutting, crimping, assembly, testing, and final inspection areas.
Drive achievement of KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, scrap, and conversion costs.
Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing principles tailored to wiring harness production (line balancing, labor optimization, takt adherence, waste reduction).
Coordinate closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure material availability, equipment uptime, and customer delivery performance.
Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and automotive standards such as IATF 16949, ISO standards, and OEM-specific processes.
