The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for all performance in the Manufacturing Department and will ensure that production occurs in a safe environment, in accordance with cGMP quality standards, on-schedule and within cost objectives. The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for supporting an environment of continuous improvement focused on meeting or exceeding operational Key Performance Indicators.

Specific Job Duties:

Ensure a safe environment is maintained for all areas:

Required training is completed on time

Establish accountability metrics for supervisory staff ensuring safety follow-ups, investigations, inspections and continuous improvements are completed on time
