Role Overview

The Production Leader runs day-to-day production on the line, supports the team, and acts as a Thai–Chinese interpreter between Thai and Chinese colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Track the production plan and report progress.
• Summarise meeting outcomes and align the team.
• Support team management and daily operations.
• Apply strong shop-floor management; resolve immediate issues effectively.
• Interpret between Thai and Chinese employees.
• Manage the production process across safety, quality, delivery, cost, shop-floor and people.
• Manage materials; collect, record and analyse process data.
• Coordinate production resources to deliver on plan and target.
