We’re hiring a Production Lead to directly support the Production Supervisor in running daily trimming and production operations. This is a hands‑on role that also helps guide the team and keep the floor running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Support the Production Supervisor with daily trimming, packaging, and sampling
Lead and participate in trimming while maintaining quality standards
Weigh product and record accurate batch data
Help monitor team performance and provide guidance to staff
Oversee cleaning and sanitization of tools and work areas
Report quality issues, equipment problems, or process concerns
Step in to help manage operations when the Supervisor is offsite
