Staffmax iscurrently looking to hire a MACHINE OPERATOR.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary function of the Machine Operator is to set up and operate the production machines, to produce quality products at a set standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Sets up machine according to standard operating procedures and spec sheet, ensures good manufacturing practices are followed
  • Understands machine capabilities and check cure time
  • Reads and understands PDF/docket for correct bag specifications
  • Use of MRP system for proper job and operation specifications; inputs production and waste for each job, and materials used
  • Reads, understands and follow the printed and/or online schedule
  • Files maintenance work orders for any repairs required
  • Ensures quality of product coming off machine for any defects based on set standards
