Key Responsibilities: • Own the overall product roadmap for the Member Portal • Prioritize and define enhancements and fixes in the product backlog • Collaborate closely with delivery teams for successful implementation • Maintain stakeholder communications for updates and direction • Track product performance metrics and implement improvements
